Join us for a serene & invigorating yoga experience at "Yoga in the Park," in the river valley - at Victoria Park site #2.

About the Event:

Yoga in the Park is a community initiative that aims to promote health, wellness, and mindfulness while enjoying our city's gorgeous river valley!

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newcomer to the practice, Yoga in the Park is designed to be inclusive and accommodating to all attendees.

No prior experience is necessary, and modifications will be provided to cater to individual needs and abilities.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or blanket

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice

  • Sunscreen and a hat for sun protection

Community Class for Healthcare Workers & Nurses

On the last Saturday of each month, Lacintha will be leading a “Rest is Resistance” themed class in the non-heated Moon room.

Each month’s class will be offered to a specific group in our community and will cost nothing beyond their time.

This free community yoga class is dedicated to Edmonton’s Healthcare Workers & Nurses!

  • Bring anything you need to create a comfortable haven on your mat space ie pillows, blankets, eye masks etc.

  • Dress for comfort.
