YOUR FIRST YOGA CLASS

Intimidated to start yoga? Gentle Hatha, Hatha Flow, any Hips-related class (Happy Hips or Healthy Hips & Back) are excellent beginner-friendly classes to start with. Hatha includes a wide range of movements and postures that stretch, strengthen, align, and stimulate all systems of the body using Hatha, restorative and yin postures, the use of props, and pranayama.
