Welcome to our Run and Recovery Yoga session! This weekly class is designed to enhance your running performance and promote optimal recovery. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this session will provide you with valuable tools to pace yourself, breathe effectively, prevent cramping, build endurance and stamina, and develop a deeper understanding of your body's movements and proprioception.

5 min Pre-Run Stretch
30 min Run (outdoor route)
30 min Recovery Class
After the run, we'll focus on stretching out the previously contracted muscles and allowing them to recover and lengthen. We will guide you through a series of static and passive stretches that target specific muscle groups, promoting relaxation and reducing post-run soreness.
In addition to the physical aspects, we'll also address injury prevention and recovery strategies. You'll learn techniques to mitigate common running-related injuries and how to recover effectively in the coming days. We'll discuss the importance of rest, proper nutrition, and self-care practices that will help you bounce back quickly and maintain your running routine.
By incorporating stretching, pacing, breathing techniques, endurance training, and recovery strategies into this class, we aim to provide a comprehensive experience that caters to both the physical and mental aspects of running.
