This 60-minute, all-levels class will open with a gentle Hatha practice focused on releasing tension throughout the body. This release will set the stage for a relaxing Yoga Nidra session in the second half of the class. Yoga Nidra is a powerful form of guided meditation, also known as Yogic sleep, that will help you relax and restore your nervous system on a deep level. This balance of movement and stillness is the perfect combination to help you start the week feeling rejuvenated, healthy, and rested.

I became a personal trainer and yoga teacher to try and help fill a gap that many of us have experienced – finding teachers and environments where students feel genuinely safe and listened to. I've taken specialized training in fitness accessibility, trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra and other facets of health and wellbeing, to help me better meet that need. I love helping people reconnect to their body and find joy in both movement and stillness.
