Kat Boehm

Kat Boehm has been teaching movement classes since 2003. Her journey has evolved over the years to include yoga. Pilates, yoga therapy and applied anatomy. Kat’s classes are a fun balance of challenge, education and deep restore for whole body health. Her classes are inclusive for all bodies to experience movement. She is known for her engaging and playful teaching style! As well as teaching movement, Kat has devoted extensive time to practicing and studying mindfulness meditation. She has spent time in India, Burma, and the USA on long silent retreats. Her understanding of mediation changed drastically through these experiences. Kat shares the art of mindfulness and meditation in bite-size pieces and with real-life scenarios; her intention is to normalize thoughts and feelings, giving a safe and gentle space to explore patterns from the lens of awareness and compassion.
