Since our founding, Yogalife Studios has grown into Edmonton's premier destination for transformative yoga experiences, both in-studio and online. From our welcoming spaces in South Edmonton Common and along 124th Street, we've created more than just yoga studios – we've built thriving communities where every practice tells a story.

What began as a vision for accessible, high-quality yoga has blossomed into a community of over 700 members who bring our spaces to life every day. We honor the traditional practices of yoga while embracing modern approaches, offering a unique blend of virtual and in-studio experiences that meet our members wherever they are on their wellness journey.

GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Yogalife SOUTH

$16.50 per hour


Join our team as a Guest Service Representative at Yogalife, where you'll help create an welcoming environment for our diverse community of members. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining smooth daily operations.

Core Responsibilities

Member Experience

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all studio visitors

  • Manage efficient class check-ins and bookings through our digital systems

  • Ensure a seamless experience for all members and visitors

  • Guide new members through our registration process and introductory offers

  • Handle inquiries across all communication channels promptly and professionally

Facility Management

  • Maintain immaculate studio spaces and common areas

  • Ensure the cleanliness of studios, changing facilities, and reception areas

  • Monitor and replenish amenities and supplies

  • Complete daily cleaning and maintenance routines

  • Keep all areas organized and well-presented

Operational Excellence

  • Support studio growth through member engagement and retention

  • Contribute to team targets through service delivery and program promotion

  • Implement health and safety protocols consistently

  • Execute our Client Journey standards

  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring data privacy

Ideal Qualities

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or fitness/wellness environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with digital systems and booking platforms

  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy periods

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Experience in premium service delivery

  • Commitment to professional development

  • $16.50/hr

HOURS OF WORK

  • 2 Shifts/Week Minimum (8-10 hours per week)
