Michelle always had this unexplainable curiosity to yoga even before she knew what it was. In 2004, she stepped onto the mat for the first time after a car accident, hoping it would help her physical body but quickly discovered that it would transform her physically, emotionally and spiritually. Her yoga practice is now her spiritual teacher. She is first and foremost a student of yoga and always constantly learning, changing and integrating lessons back into her life. She started teaching in 2008 and has over 800 hours of yoga training, in addition to having her masters in Occupational Therapy. Michelle’s teaching style incorporates her therapeutic knowledge with yoga to make yoga a safe and accessible approach to health and well-being for everyone. Michelle is humbled to have the opportunity to encourage the exploration of yoga in others and hope that she can inspire others to find what they are seeking for in their own personal journey.
“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.”
