KYLA CLARK
Kyla has been a student of yoga for almost twenty (!!) years. She practiced off-and-on for years before committing to a regular practice to relieve chronic pain from her day job. Yoga has also nurtured her through periods of anxiety and depression. Taking her YTT was always on her mind, and finally in 2024 the stars aligned and she completed her 200 HR training right here at Yogalife. Other certifications include Yin, Female Health (as of March 2025) and her 300 HR training (in progress). Her goal is to help everyone feel good in their bodies. Expect cozy but strong slow flows in a style that is inclusive, lighthearted, and fun.
