Christine Leach

Although Christine has practiced yoga most of her life, it wasn't until she suffered the profound loss of her son Daniel, December 2014, that she found her way back to the mat for good. Beginning with Bereavement Yoga in January 2015, she began to find peace, love, and joy again. While searching for answers, what she discovered was a softening into life and the true meaning of yoga practice. Yoga gave her the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and find her centre. Practicing yoga on and off the mat deepened her compassion not only for herself but for others around her, so much so that she just had to find a way to share it with as many people as she could. Christine began her formal Yoga Teacher Training journey in September 2015 and the internal spark was ignited. Christine's love of learning and sharing these lessons and experiences bring a sincerity, compassion, understanding, and encouragement to her classes. Join Christine as she leads you through series of asana (yoga poses) allowing for the opportunity to slow down, take a look inside to see, feel, and breathe yourself into places of forgiveness, letting go, gratitude, and self-love.
