• Stay well hydrated before and after any heated practice. Your body will thank you for it. 
  • Keep your meal light before class, or give yourself at least 2 hours to digest a full meal before coming to practice in the hot room.
  • You'll want to have a towel for your mat and water just in case.  
  • Tip: Wipe that mascara and make up off, unless burning sensations in your eyeballs is your thing.
